Contracts and offer letters are one of the most repetitive admin tasks in People Ops.
Each new hire means pulling data from the ATS or HRIS, copying into the right template, checking formatting, saving PDFs, naming files, and sending them off for signature.
Multiply that by dozens of hires or contract renewals per year, and it’s a lot of manual effort and a lot of room for typos or outdated templates.
I can generate four perfect contracts in under a minute and you can too!
And even better: you don’t need a new platform. You just need to zoom out and connect the data you already have across your systems.

I experimented with Google Sheets, Drive, Docs and connected them with Make.com. But you could build something similar on the tools you already have like your HRIS, your ATS or even just a spreadsheet like me. Use no-code automation tools like Zapier or n8n, custom API calls or Google Apps Script.
