💡Why This Matters

People teams collect feedback all the time, through surveys, town halls, eNPS, exit interviews:

👏🏻 great… except too often it’s disconnected from day to day actions.

🫠 not so great…

The risks:

• Employees don’t feel heard.
• Priorities are shaped by hunches rather than actual insight.
• The loop never closes (“You said X, we did Y”).

You don’t need a shiny new tool to fix this, you can start with the systems you already use. I experimented with ClickUp, but you could make this or something similar work on several different project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, Microsoft Planner or even Notion.
